Please, if your item comes in different sizes or colors, carefully choose your correct size or color choice before clicking “Add to cart”. You will then be directed to our Cart page where you can review your item(s) and proceed to Enter Shipping Address to process your order.

Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name, and address but we can’t change your order. So please fill in your address in all details, otherwise, the package we mail to you will be returned to us, or we will just ignore your request to save everyone from the trouble.

All of our transactions are based on US Dollars. If your credit card is based on another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

Our current payment method is Paypal and accepts major credit cards via PayPal.

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

a. Cancelling Unshipped-out Orders
If you are canceling your order which has not yet been shipped out, please kindly contact us via the contact us page. For the fastest resolution, please include your order number, We will refund you immediately. The refund is applied to the original payment method.
b. Cancelling Shipped-out Order
If you are canceling orders when your parcel has already been shipped out or is on its way to its destination, please get in touch with us and then kindly refuse to accept the parcel since we are not able to call it back at that time. we will refund your payment after deducting shipping costs. A refund will be issued as soon as the parcel begins to return.

Since our website and service are based in English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuation. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use similar English ones instead.

We process orders between Monday and Saturday. Orders will be processed within 1-5 business days after ordering and shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on Sunday.

America you can expect your parcel to arrive within 6-18 business days.
Arrive in other countries within 8-20 business days.

Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

We will arrange for refund upon receiving your return package within 1-3 business days. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
After we process the return, the refund will be made immediately. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. 
If you haven’t received a credit for your return yet, here’s what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
