Order not yet delivered
If your package has not been delivered, please kindly contact us via our email [email protected] to cancel your order and receive a refund. Please be sure to include your order number or use the email address you used when placing your order, so that we can find your order.
1. Cancellation of orders not yet shipped
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please email us and we will issue a refund immediately. All refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
2. Cancellation of shipped orders
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, please email us and we will contact the carrier. If the package can be recalled, we will issue a full refund immediately. If the package is already in transit and cannot be recalled, please wait for the package to arrive near you and refuse to sign for the package upon delivery. Once the package begins to return, we will issue a refund immediately, which includes the remaining amount after deducting shipping fees.
Order has been delivered
